User Management & Permissions

Guide to managing user roles, permissions, and performance goals within the Gravity Pipeline board.

Gravity Pipeline offers flexible roles to ensure your team has exactly the access they need.

### Managing Team via the Board (Recommended)
1. Click the **Profile Icon** in the top-right of the board to open the **Slideout**.
2. Switch to the **Team** tab (Managers and Admins only).
3. Use the **+ Add User** button to pull in any WordPress user.
4. Toggle permissions:
* **Pipeline User**: Can view and move assigned cards.
* **Pipeline Manager**: Can see all cards, edit groups, assign users, and set goals.
* **Can View Group Members**: Allows a standard user to see cards assigned to teammates within their same group.

### Managing Roles in WordPress Admin
1. Navigate to **Users > All Users** in the WP Dashboard.
2. Edit a user profile.
3. Scroll to **Gravity Pipeline Settings**.
4. Check/Uncheck **Pipeline Manager** or **Pipeline User**.
