Large pipelines can slow down over time. Auto-archiving ensures your "active" board only shows current, relevant data.
### Setting Up Auto-Archive
1. Go to **Pipeline Feed Settings > Automation**.
2. Enable the **Auto-Archive Sold Entries** checkbox.
3. Set the **Archive After (Days)** threshold (Default is 90 days).
4. The system will run a daily check and automatically move any "Sold" entry older than your threshold into the **History Archive**.
5. *Note*: "Dropped" entries are never auto-archived to ensure you never lose track of potential future leads for recycling.
