To turn a Gravity Form into a visual pipeline, you must map your form fields to board statuses.
### Step-By-Step Setup
1. **Create a Radio Button Field**: In your Gravity Form, add a Radio Button field (e.g., "Lead Status") with choices like *New*, *In Progress*, and *Completed*.
2. **Create a New Feed**: Navigate to **Form Settings > Gravity Pipeline** and click **Add New**.
3. **Map the Status Field**:
* Find the **Status Field Mapping** dropdown.
* Select the Radio Button field you created in Step 1.
4. **Configure Columns**:
* In the **Columns** section, click "Add Column" to match your form choices.
* Map each Board Column (label) to the corresponding Form Choice (value).
5. **Pro Features Mapping**:
* Map the **Reason Dropped** field to a dropdown/text field to track why leads are lost.
* Map the **Sold Products** field to track which products are being converted.
### Customizing Card Aesthetics (Pro)
1. Navigate to **Gravity Forms > Settings > Gravity Pipeline > Priority Colors**.
2. Assign a specific color to each of your priority levels (e.g., High = Red, Medium = Orange, Low = Green).
3. These colors will now appear as vibrant status dots and borders on your pipeline cards, making urgent leads pop.
